Booking and Payments

  1. Reservation Process: All bookings must be made through our website. Once a booking is made, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details and take a deposit.

  2. Payment: The cost of renting the space is $75 for the basic space plus $25 per head. Additional charges may apply for using the second room. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  4. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the specified time frame will be processed within 7 business days.

Use of Facilities

  1. Exclusive Access: When you book our space, you gain exclusive access for the duration of your rental. This includes the dungeon/playspace and the Munch space.

  2. Equipment Use: All equipment and toys provided are sanitized to medical standards. Users are expected to treat the equipment with care and respect.

  3. Hygiene and Safety: Cleaning supplies and fresh towels are provided. Users must maintain a clean and hygienic environment during their stay.

  4. Conduct: Consent and common sense must always be prioritized. Any unsafe or non-consensual behavior will immediately terminate the rental without a refund.

  1. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and ensure that all bookings and interactions are handled discreetly.

  2. Data Protection: Personal information collected during the booking process is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
