What are the rental fees?

What do I have access to with my rental?

With the basic rental, you'll have access to the playspace space, which includes a large upstairs area (note: not handicap accessible), one bathroom (one with a full shower), kitchen (good for meeting guests and registration), two fully equipped playrooms, and a bedroom. You are provided with towels, safer sex supplies, and water. This setup is perfect for photoshoots, private client rentals, or groups of up to 15 people.

For larger groups or for those who wish to have a proper space to spread out, "The Penny" is available: a 500 square foot "munch" room with leather chairs and sofa, a full kitchen, TV, and another full bathroom. This is great for parties of up to 40 people

What are your cleaning procedures?

At Dungeon 5710, we prioritize your safety and use cleaning practices similar to those in medical facilities, ensuring thorough cleaning before your arrival. The owner is a former Physician's Assistant, and cleaning standards are of the best quality. All toys and services are sterilized/treated between each use.

What kind of safety equipment is available?

Safety equipment includes First Aid Kits in each bathroom, fire extinguishers under the kitchen sink and in the supply closet, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the space. There is also Narcan onsite.

Where are you located?

The full address is provided upon booking confirmation. Dungeon 5710 is conveniently located 5 minutes west of Downtown Cleveland.

Can I pay for cleaning?

If you leave the place tidy, there is no cleaning fee. A $75 cleaning fee can be added to your total if preferred. We expect respectful treatment of the space at all times.

How do I get started with my rental request?

How do I confirm my reservation?

Confirmation involves signing an online agreement, after which you'll receive access to schedule your booking. Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

Is a deposit required?

Upon booking acceptance, a deposit of half the total fee is required to secure your slot.

How do I pay?

Payment options will be detailed in your invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

We've updated our policy to allow cancellations up to 72 hours before your rental without penalty, allowing deposit transfers to future stays up to 60 days. Cancellations within 24 hours require payment of the remaining balance, which can also be transferred to a future booking within 60 days.

Will I have the space to myself?

Upon arrival, you'll receive a tour and be shown all necessary equipment and supplies. Your rental is private, but management remains on-site for emergencies or assistance.
